5000 Masterflame Burners - Two Different Burners in Two Different Eras. Charbroil has used two different burners in their 5000 series grills. The difference is very hard to distinguish by sight. In 5000 series grills made before 1999, the burner part number is 4594650 and the distance between the venturi tube centers is 3 inches AND the collector box is triangular-shaped. In 5000 series grills made in 1999 and later, the distance between the venturi tube centers is 2 3/8 inches AND the collector box is square shaped. All the other parts we sell for the two grill series are exactly the same.

This 4501543 kit includes four items: Collector Box (4501543)/recently using new Charbroil part number 4500208), Electrode 5156119, Igniter Wire with round connector ends to fit on the push button igniter and the tip of the electrode, and a screw to attach the collector box assembly to the Masterflame 2.5 burner. This kit does not include the push button - this can be added to your order separately by entering your part number from the owner's manual in our part numer look up on our website. Most models are using push button part number 4153713, 4153714, or new Charbroil part number 5156113. Check your parts list. $7.75

Charbroil now offers a rock grate for their 5000 Masterflame Series grills that goes ABOVE the burner. This rock grate can replace the flame spreader, vapor bar, or the rock grate under the Masterflame burner. You must put either lava rock or ceramic briquettes on the rock grate ABOVE the burner. We offer the rock grate and the briquettes and lava rock below.

Depending on the model year, Masterflame Series grills used either a vapor bar or flame spreader positioned above the burner. Please choose one that follows your grill's original design.

Charbroil sold out of these heat plates years ago. We have a limited supply in stock purchased years ago. All have minor scratches and some bare spots at edges of porcelain coating. We have reduced the pricing - please don't order if you will not be satisfied with some warehouse aging on this part.

5000 Series Warming Rack. According to factory information, the 5000 series grill takes just one warming rack. This hooks into the top and bottom castings of the grill and swings as you open and close the lid. It sits just above the main cooking surface of the grill. 		10.95
